STATUTE OF THE RELIGIOUS ASSOCIATION
CHIESA CRISTIANA BATTISTA “ROME BAPTIST CHURCH”
Art.1 – Incorporation and Foundation
It is established pursuant to and for the purposes and effects of the combined meeting of the members in Rome on 17 May 2021 provided for in articles 22 law of 20 June 1929 n°1 159 LO RD 28 February 1930 n°289 and articles 8, 18, 19 and 20 of the Constitution of the Italian Republic, in relation to articles 36 and following of the Civil Code, to the law n°266 of 11 August 1991 and to the law n°383 of 7 December 2000, a religious, non-profit association called:
CHIESA CRISTIANA BATTISTA “ROME BAPTIST CHURCH”
Which is founded on its core mission of being a multicultural, English-speaking body of believers in Christ. We arecommitted to obeying and glorifying God, proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ, growing together in His likeness,and reaching out to the community, through Bible-centered worship, teaching, fellowship, evangelism, and service.
Art.2 – Headquarters and Duration
The association has its headquarters in Rome, Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina n.35. The Association has an unlimited duration as long as the purposes for which it was created, and which are the subject of art.3 can be implemented. Dissolution may be deliberated by the Extraordinary Assembly. The address of the headquarters may vary according to the needs that will accrue over time by simple resolution of the Assembly. The Association has the right to establish or close secondary offices or sections also in other cities of the national territory or abroad.
The Association is governed by this statute and any regulations that, approved according to the statutory rules, may benecessary to better regulate specific associative relationships or activities.
Art.3 – Purposes and Obiectives of the Religious Association
The association is made up of believers in Jesus Christ from different nations, with essential characteristics of multiculturalism and at the same time a common English lingua franca. Believing members pledge to obey and glorify God, proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ, growing together in his likeness, and offering outwardly to the civil community of the city of Rome and Italy a celebration and worship of God that is centered on the Scriptures of the Bible and their teaching, their activity of fellowship in Christ, evangelism, and the spirit of service they express. Rome Baptist Church is a worshipping church. The church meets on a weekly basis for worship services and regularly in study groups. Sunday School classes for all ages are held at 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Sunday morning worshipservices begin at 10:30 a.m. (or at another time best suited to the needs of attendees or as result of conventional agreements among them). Within the premises where the Church is legally entitled to use, other meetings are held to fulfil the religious association’s objectives and purposes, such as worship, prayer and praise, Bible study, fellowship, musical rehearsals, and other purposes. The church council shall coordinate the use of the facilities.
THE ASSOCIATION IS NOT FOR PROFIT.
Its objectives are, in detail:
- to preach the gospel in its entirety and comply with the command of the Lord Jesus Christ based on the gospel of Matthew 28:18-20;
- to bring together for spiritual edification and care, in keeping with the laws, the born-again believers in Christ;
- to appoint its religious ministers with the Church Assembly, regularly called, with the right, to the president of the same after approval, to issue minutes of appointment for all uses permitted by law;
- to be of a Baptist Christian character in full communion with the international community of Baptist Christian Churches and specifically with the International Baptist convention: this denomination in no wav excludes relations with other denominations within the Christian family in the world, rather it promotes and encourages exchanges and common activities.
- to carry out voluntary activities exclusively for solidarity purposes.
The Association makes use of every instrument, biblically lawful and legitimate according to the State, useful for achieving its obiectives and purposes. according to the programs described here following:
A. Education Program. It is a top priority and consists of different studies fitting to different age requirements and time needs, starting from Sunday School and reaching out to every member or participant by studying the Scriptures within its premises or at any member’s home where such study can be hosted. Such activities of Bible study and education are conducted under the auspices of the church and pursue the primary task of the church’s education program is to bring people to faith in Jesus Christ and into the church and to provide growth in biblical knowledge and life in His likeness. The director of Christian education and administration, working with the church council and Christian education committee, will ensure adequate curriculum, facilities, teachers, and materials for this program.
B. Church Music Program. The music program is another top priority of the church. Music of all types is an essential part of the worship, praise and fellowship experience in celebrating the Glory of Jesus Christ. The director of music will work with the pastor to provide and coordinate music to the best possible choice for worship services and any other church events.
C. Outreach and Evangelism Program. The church shall obey the command of the Lord “to go into the world and preach the gospel” by means of a variety of evangelical programs to reach out in His Name to the unsaved or far from Christ. The purpose of this program is to have in place and develop a variety of ways to spread the gospel and change the lives of those who seek Christ through the work of the Holy Spirit already operating in them. The fellowship committee shall coordinate these programs, and all church members are called to be ambassadors for Christ in the communitv by virtue of the Great Mandate entrusted by Jesus to everv believer in Him.
The Association may enter into special agreements and participate in other associations and/or organizations, national and international, provided they are non-profit and have similar or related purposes to its own, in the types summarily described below:
A. Cooperation with International Organizations. Under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, Rome Baptist Church is led to cooperate with the International Baptist Convention and other evangelical mission organizations and churches whenever practical. The church will cooperate with and support financially these organizations and missions when appropriate and under the internal supervision of the church council, which has joint organization and recommendation tasks regarding both use and destination of funds to be employed as a result of the appropriate allocation made by the Annual Budget (“Church budget) of the church and of the association that oversees its financial years.
B. Cooperation with Local Organizations. The church shall cooperate with other local churches and groups of believers in Rome whenever appropriate. This cooperation will not combromise the beliefs. work. and outreach of the Kome Bantist Church in anv manner.
The Association may also carry out any other cultural or recreational activity and may carry out any economic and financial transaction, whether involving real estate or financial assets, for the best achievement of its ends.
The Association may, solely for the purpose of self-financing and on a non-profit-making basis, carry out the marginal activities provided for by the legislation in force.
The Association is open to all citizens who share its aims and statute.
Art.4 – Finance and Asset Situation
The Association is supported:
- by voluntary offers from members;
- from collections collected during worship services;
- from free
The Association may also carry out all the economic operations referred to in article 5, paragraph 2 of law n.266/1991 and subsequent amendments.
The proceeds, of any nature, are used for all the purposes of the Association. The assets of the Association and itsbelongings of any sorts, however formed and constituted, belong exclusively to the Association as such. No member has the right to request any distribution and to receive dividends and interest of any kind, in cash and in kind, on the company’s assets.
The indivisible social assets consist of real estate or financial assets, donations, bequests and inheritances.
Even during the life of the Association, individual members cannot ask for the division of common resources.
Art.5 – Autonomy, Freedom, and Independence
The Association in its principle of Baptist Christian identity is: autonomous, free and independent, in full communion with its sister churches and with the members of the International Baptist Convention. Any dispute that may arise in the local church shall be referred to the International Baptist Convention by the church council after hearing the assembly.
Art.6 – The Associazione Chiesa Cristiana Battista “Rome Baptist Church” accepts and observes as part of its faith the following two ordinances:
A. Believer’s Baptism: Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It is an act of obedience symbolizing:
- the believer’s faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Savior
- the believer’s death to sin
- the burial of the old life
- the resurrection to walk in newness of life in Christ
Baptism is a prerequisite to the privileges of church membership and partaking in the Lord’s Supper.
A person who has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and has publicly professed Him at any worship service maybe baptized by immersion. However, prior to receiving the ordinance of baptism, a believer must complete acomprehensive pre-baptism training course that includes the principles of Christian faith according to the Bible. The church council also must recommend administering the ordinance. Baptism shall be administered by the pastor orwhomever the church shall authorize in the temporary absence of the pastor.
B. The Lord’s Supper: The Lord’s supper is an act of obedience in which the church, by symbolically partaking of the body and blood of Christ, remembers the death of the Redeemer and anticipates His second coming. The church will normally observe the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month and on other special occasions, such as Christmas and Easter. However, the date may be changed if there is a schedule conflict and upon recommendation ofthe church The pastor, with the assistance of persons selected for this purpose, will administer the elements. The elements shall be bread or crackers and grape juice.
Art.7 – Members of the association
All persons who recognize themselves in the Statute and share the purposes pursued by the Association and believers inChrist who accept the doctrinal basis referred to in the previous art.6 can be part of the Association, in unlimitednumbers. All those who accept Christ as their personal Savior, obeying his command, bearing witness to their faith withbaptism according to the Scriptures, can be members. Individuals becoming members must be at least eighteen years of age. Minors under the age of eighteen can assume the title of members only with the prior written consent of their parents and in any case do not enjoy the right to vote in the Assembly, either ordinary or extraordinary. Member members will have the right to attend social premises, participate in assemblies, give suggestions and opinions to theChurch Council. The application for admission to membership must be approved by the Church Council. The right to be a member ceases due to death, transfer, resignation and unworthiness. Unworthiness is sanctioned by the Assembly of members, after consulting the member concerned, for acts carried out in conflict with the provisions of this statute or if serious reasons have arisen that make the continuation of the associative relationship incompatible. The status of Member is described according to the following:
A. Welcoming Policy:
Rome Baptist Church welcomes, as members, baptized believers from all peoples, nations, and races. The church welcomes all other believers to attend and participate in the mission of the church. The church welcomes all who areinterested in knowing more about God or more about us as a part of His church to attend church functions and other church specific activities.

- Any person who has publicly accepted Jesus Christ as his or her personal Lord and Savior and who has been baptized in His name may present himself or herself for membership in this church. Believer’s baptism by immersionis the traditional Baptist However, because of the unique nature of this congregation, this church will accept as members those who sincerely believe and have been baptized by other methods.
- If a believer has not yet been baptized, he or she must go through the church’s procedures for being baptized before he or she can become a member.
- The church council will review all applicants for membership. After an applicant has completed all his orher orientation requirements, the church council will recommend the applicant for membership.
- After appropriate presentation, all candidates for membership will be received upon a majority vote of the congregation at a meeting of the church membership.
B. Duties of Members:
The members of this church are committed to supporting the Mission Statement of this church. To this end:
- Each new member must participate in a new member’s orientation
- Each member is expected to participate in the services, programs, and studies, to support the church and its ministries using his or her time, talents, tithes and offerings, and to pray for the spiritual life of the church.
D. Voting Rights of Members:
Every active member of the church is entitled and encouraged to participate in thediscussions and vote on all matter which may be submitted to the congregation during business meetings.
E. Active Membership: Active members practice the above mentioned “Duties.”
F. Termination of Membership:
Membership in Rome Baptist Church may be terminated by one of the following means:
- Death of the
- Transfer to another church upon written
- Change in residence to a locality which is too far to travel to
- Written request of the
- Exclusion by two-thirds majority vote of the
This must follow the process outlined in Matthew 18:15-17.
Art.8 – Organs of the Religious Association, Church Council
Organs of the Religious Associations are: Members’ Assembly and Church Council. The Religious Association isgoverned by the Church Council, which is composed of five or more church members that are elected by the Members’ Assembly. The Church Council appoints a president, a secretary and a treasurer from among its members. TheCouncil meets as often as the president deems appropriate or at the request of at least two of its members. Resolutions within the Church Council are decreed unanimously at first call and by a majority of 2/3 (two-thirds) atsecond call. The validity of the council’s resolutions is given by the majority of its members and in the event of a tie, thevote of the presiding officer prevails. The Church Council in any meeting shall be chaired by the President or, in hisabsence, by an adviser delegated by him. The relevant minutes of the Church Council meetings are drawn up in aspecific book, signed by the President and the Secretary. The Church Council is vested with the broadest powers for the ordinary and extraordinary management of the Association, without limitation. The president of the ReligiousAssociation represents it legally, takes care of all the resolutions of the Assembly and of the Church Council. Councilors serve five-year terms and are eligible for re-election, unless revoked by the Assembly, or their voluntary resignation. The church members’ assembly shall elect the aforementioned councilors and committees as necessary for the purpose of conducting the activities and ministries of the church.
Each counselor or president or secretary, or coordinator of each group or committee for church activities, is an activemember of the church. Community, library, space management or maintenance and cleaning services may exceptionallybe conducted by persons who are not members of the church. The following officers and committees are established within RBC as a church:
A. Church Council:
The church council is the primary coordinating committee of the church. It shall be composed of: (1) the pastor; (2) the other church officers; (3) the director of Christian education and administration; (4) the director of music: and (5) the chairpersons of all standing committees: (6) Two -2- representatives from the Elders Committee. In filling these positions, the church members’ assembly will select scripturally qualified representatives from the distinctive ethnic/racial groups within the church body. The church council shall be responsible, with the pastor, for the scheduling and the coordinating of the programs and ministries of the church, with the approval of the church members’ The church council shall provide oversight with regard to the economic sustainability and the ongoing welfare of the church, of its facilities, and of its members. The church council has no authority other than those listed here in the by-laws and it only makes recommendations to the pastor and the congregation within the exercise of religious and spiritual functions. The church council shall meet on aregular basis and as needed or deemed necessary. Generally, the pastor shall preside and the clerk shall maintain minutes of the meetings. Working with the appropriate church officers and committees, the church council shall prepare and submit annually a church calendar, the church budget and financial statements, for approval by the church members.
B. Pastor. The pastor is the spiritual leader of the congregation and the programs and ministries of the church. The pastor shall be responsible to provide spiritual, moral and material leadership for the church in the attainment of itsMission Statement, the spiritual and material growth of its members, the proclamation of the Gospel, and care for the spiritual and material needs and support of its members.
- In circumstances of absence of an appointed Pastor:
The church council shall recommend, and the church shall elect the, “Pastor Search Committee” an ad hoc committee whose exclusive task is to identify and present a suitable pastor to the church members’ assembly, that is, thepresentation to the church of a person whose qualities and preparation meet the eligibility criteria generally expected by evangelical Baptist Christian churches around the world, a person who will be subjected to a vote of approval by the specially summoned church members’ assembly.
- Pulpit Supply Committee
Further, the church council shall recommend, and the church members’ assembly shall elect the “Pulpit Supply Committee” to select an interim pastor or individuals among its church members or members of other evangelicalBaptist churches in brotherly relationship with RBC, who will be vetted among several people of reputable Christian conduct to receive the task of conducting Sunday services, preaching and teaching, temporarily awaiting the appointment of a Pastor.
C. Secretary and Clerk.
The Secretary is a member of the church elected to office from the Assembly, has a statutory five year term of service, is subject to review and confirmation every calendar year, and is legally responsible for each and any document directed or related to any third party external to the Religious Association; he signs every document containing actions decided by the Church Council and collects and signs its minutes together with financial documents or statements related to church assets and activities. He represents and may fill in for the president in any place where the presence of an officer of the Religious Association is required. The Clerk is a church officer elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee. The clerk is responsible to maintain an accurate record of all business meetings, meetings of the church council, and the church membership rolls (including addresses andphone numbers, dates of admission to the church, and dates of death, transfer, or dismissal). The clerk shall maintain files for church communications, such asletters transferring members to and from the church and other matters of importance. The secretary and the clerk are members of the church council.
D. Treasurer. The treasurer is a church officer who shall be elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee. The treasurer shall be responsible for receiving, recording, and depositing all offeringsreceived, paying of all valid bills, and regular reporting to the congregation and appropriate committees the status of thechurch’s accounts. All disbursements will always be made following the approved procedures and as provided in the annual budget. The treasurer shall prepare and provide a year-end financial report to the finance committee, church council and the congregation. The church’s fiscal year shall be January 1- December 31. The treasurer is a member of the church council and a non-voting member of the finance committee.
E. Director of Christian Education and Administration. The director of Christian education and administrationis a church official selected by the pastor and approved by the church council for election by the church. He or she provides guidance and coordination to the various programs of study and other activities which the church carries out. These include the Sunday School program, Bible studies, doctrinal studies, mission, and stewardship education. He or she is the chairman of the Christian education committee and is a member of the church council.
F. Director of Music/Worship. The director of music shall be a position selected by the pastor and approved by the church council for election by the church. He or she provides coordination for the various musical needs of the church. This person provides leadership for the various choirs, makes provisions for accompanists and selectionof soloists, and assists the pastor and congregation in praise-filled musical worship and development. The director of music is a member of the church council.
G. Nominating Committee. Members of the nominating committee shall be identified by the church councilfor election by the church not later than 1 October of each This committee shall consist of at least three persons, working with the pastor and the director of Christian education and administration, to prayerfully enlist qualified andwilling persons to serve on the various committees and, except for the pastor, as officers, and as operators In determining nominees for these positions, the nominating committee will prayerfully select scripturally qualified representatives from the distinctive ethnic/racial and geographic groups within the church body. The committee willalso ask for suggestions from the congregation. Once the church members’ assembly has approved the nominees for all positions, the work of the nominating committee is completed and all standing committees contain at least three confirmed members, with a designated chairperson, and that they be maintained on a three-year rotating basis. If any defections or dismissals or vacancies arise on a committee or in one of the offices during the year, the church council shall identify and recommend replacement(s) and submit the name(s) to the Members’ Assembly for approval in thesame ways of proceeding that are here above mentioned.
H. Finance Committee. The members of the finance committee shall be elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee. The church treasurer shall be a non-voting member of the finance committee. The finance committee shall be responsible, along with the treasurer, to develop an annual budget, to operate financial control and audit, to maintain the appropriate financial record-keeping, provide banking and investment counsel and manage the expenditure of church funds consistent with the church’s annual Thefinance committee is also responsible for the planning and execution of the church’s annual stewardship campaign.The chairman of the finance committee is a member of the church council.
I. Facilities Committee. The members of the facilities committee shall be elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee. The facilities committee is responsible for the oversight of the church’s facilities, including the worship center, classrooms, apartment(s), and kitchen(s). The facilities committee isalso responsible for building security, maintenance and repairs, janitorial services, and such other matters related to theprovision of safe, comfortable, and attractive facilities. The chairman of the facilities committee is a member of the church council.
J. Worship Support Committee. The members of the worship support committee shall be elected annuallyupon recommendation by the nominating The committee is comprised of the Worship Support Coordinator and the chairperson of each support team. Worship is an essential element in the mission of this church.As such, the worship support committee provides and arranges for the necessary support for the various services. These Teams include, but are not limited to, photography, ushers and greeters, sound system, flowers, Lord’s Supper, baptism, and sanctuary preparation. The chairman of the worship support committee is a member of the church council.
K. Library The members of the library committee shall be elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee.
Providing written and recorded Christian resources is vital to helping individuals in their spiritual growth. The library committee will provide, display and loan Christian resources. The library committee will enhance and promote the use of the library. The library committee will catalogue and store historical records and archives. A roll of library members will be maintained.
The chairman of the library committee is a member of the church council.
L. Fellowship
The fellowship committee shall be elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee. The multicultural character of Rome Baptist Church highlights the need for promoting fellowship. This committee isresponsible to plan and coordinate such events that promote Christian love and unity within the church body as well as outreach to the community.
The fellowship committee shall be responsible to plan, promote and oversee all of the church sponsored activities thatinvolve meals, snacks and fellowship. The fellowship committee shall also provide meals for training sessions, classesand meetings when agreed upon by the committee. This involves supervision of the purchase and maintenance of kitchen appliances and utensils. The chairman is a member of the church council.
M. Christian Education Committee. The members of the Christian education committee shall be elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee. The Christian education committee shall provideguidance and coordination of the Sunday School program and other various programs of study. The purpose is to lead church members to a deeper spiritual understanding, commitment, and development in Christian discipleship and maturity.
The Education Committee will be comprised of the Education Committee chairperson and all teachers (not substitute teachers) in charge within the church of study or research programs at any level. The committee shall coordinate any church-wide spiritual growth campaigns. The chairman of the Christian education committee is also the director ofChristian education and administration and is a member of the church council.
N. The Evangelism/Missions Committee:
The evangelism/missions committee shall be elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee. The evangelism/missions committee shall be responsible to plan, promote and oversee programs and mission tripsinvolving ministry and evangelism. It shall serve by educating and coordinating activities of outreach and ministry. It will oversee the purchase and distribution of materialspertaining to both evangelism and missions. It shall serve by promoting and publicizing the activities of Rome Baptist Church.
O. The Personnel Committee:
This committee is elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee where circumstances make it necessary for the administration of the church’s employees and has an elective office worth one (1) year, at the end ofwhich it dissolves if there are no further needs for the purpose. The coordination and direction of personneladministration is assigned to the Church Council. The personnel committee shall maintain job descriptions for all paid personnel. It shall review the performance of each employee at least once per year. It will review all questions and complaints dealing with employees. It will work with other committees when needed.
P. Elder
This committee has the scriptural function of assisting the pastor in spiritual leadership of the church. The elders shall be elected annually upon recommendation by the nominating committee. No more than five (5) will serve at a time. Elders in training may be elected to sit in on meetings to train for the service of Eldership. The Elder Committee shall serve in leading the church in both short- and long-term goals by recommending policy, solving conflicts, administering church discipline and ensuring the church continues to follow Biblical principles in purpose andpractice. It shall be comprised of members who meet the requirements stipulated in the Scriptures (I Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9 etc.).
Two members of the Elder Committee may attend and vote in the church council as representatives of the Elder Committee.
Art.9 – The Assembly of Members
The President of the Church Council convenes the members at least once a year. The Assembly can be convened outside the registered premises, as long as it is not outside the province of Rome. All participating members in good standing with the association have the right to participate in the assembly. They may be represented by another member, who can not vote for electing any officer, by written delegation. No more than one delegation to the same person is permitted. It is up to the President of the assembly to note the regularity of the delegations. Each member hasthe right to one vote. The Assembly decides on the final budget, on financial statements and on the spending budget, and on each of the programs withing the church’s mission. Resolutions are taken by an absolute majority, and aqualified majority of two thirds of the voters for changes to the Statute. The following functions and methods are anexpression of assembly activity and always take place after the Sunday worship service:
A. Business Meetings to elect church officers and make business decisions shall be scheduled as Thechurch council will set the dates for such business meetings. The church council will provide at least two weeks’notice of the date and time of the meeting and the matters to be decided. The latest revision of Robert’s Rules of Order shall be employed, as required, to govern all meetings of the congregation. All active members are allowed and encouraged to vote.
B. Elections and Vote. Elections follow the procedures stated here: The nominating committee (or churchcouncil, as appropriate) shall present a list of the nominees that the committee recommends for each position. 2. There will be only one nominee for each position and vote results shall elect according to the principle of simple majority. 3.Any member in attendance may make nominations for specific positions from the floor. Prior to doing so, however, that member must determine that the nominee is willing to serve in that position being provided that such role isn’t already covered under the committee’s indications. If any member makes such a nomination and another member seconds the nomination, the name of the nominee will be returned to the nominating committee for consideration; the members will vote on any such nominations at a later business meeting. 4. The vote is individual and cannot be delegated byproxy, taking place by clear acclamation or rejection at the meeting.
C. Ordination practice: Should the church choose to consider/examine an individual for the possibility of their ordination to any church ministry, the following steps shall be taken: 1. A committee of ordained Baptists (it may include individuals who aren’t members of RBC) shall be recommended by church council to be elected by the churchin a business meeting set to that specific election purpose. This committee is entrusted with the task of evaluating theapplication and it shall follow the directions stipulated in the “Directions and Procedures” booklet of Rome BaptistChurch.Within a maximum of one month from the appointment, this committee produces the results of its evaluation for theattention of the Church Council, thus allowing the president of the church council to present these results to the assembly in a suitable meeting.
D. For regular business meetings and elections, a quorum consisting of at least 25 percent of the members of the RBC church in attendance, under penalty of invalid vote and postponement of the vote. However, an exception applies in meetings held to consider amendments to the RBC’s constitution, where a quorum validating thevote consists of at least 50 percent plus one of the active members of Rome Baptist Church, whereas the approval ofany motion shall obtain the approval by a qualified majority of 2/3 (two thirds) of those present.
Art.10 – Dissolution
In the event of the dissolution of the Association, the assets pass to the International Baptist Convention.
Art.11 – Amendments to the present Statute and regulatory references.
Amendments to these by-laws may be made at any regular business meeting of this church following the prescriptions in this statute at Art. 9 letter A and D. However, to be considered, each proposed amendment must have been presented to the congregation and to each of its members in writing, stating indicating the reasons, cause, desired benefits and desired consequences, having read for this purpose in a suitable meeting call at the end of Sunday worship services and in which, if deemed suitable, the vote on this amendment is announced within two to four weeks of the admissibilityassessment. It is confirmed as per Art. 9 letter D in this statute that any amendments to these by-laws shall require a qualified two-thirds vote of church members present and a quorum of at least 50 percent of the active members of the church must be in attendance.
For everything that is not provided for in this statute, reference is made to the provisions of the Italian law in force regarding associations.
