New Creation Camp's Terms and Conditions

We believe this will be an incredible week together! To help make that happen, here are a few important expectations for everyone:

Show Up Fully

Students are expected to be on time and attend all scheduled sessions from beginning to end. Every part of the camp is designed with you in mind — don’t miss out! Let your words and actions encourage others, not bring them down. Your kindness will help make the camp better for everyone!

Respect Shared Spaces

Keep your space clean and your belongings tidy. All students must be in their rooms and have lights out at the designated times to ensure everyone gets proper rest.

Unplug and Connect

Electronic entertainment devices, including phones, may not be used during the week. All such devices should be turned in to an adult leader for safekeeping. We want everyone to fully engage with the people and the experience.

Honor Boundaries

Public or private displays of affection are not appropriate during camp. Also, under no circumstances should anyone be in the chalet hallway of the opposite sex.

Stay Safe

If you are sick or injured, inform a leader or adult volunteer immediately so we can help. For everyone’s safety, do not throw or jump from balconies, use windows as doors, or enter any streams or rivers unless it’s part of a planned activity. We want everyone to return home safely!

Choose Wellness

Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, weapons, and fireworks are not allowed at camp. Any student found with these will have their parents contacted and may be sent home at the discretion of the leadership team. Energy drinks are also not allowed due to health concerns.

Dress with Respect

Please avoid wearing short shorts or clothing that reveals the midriff. Only modest swimsuits are allowed at the beach.

Represent Well

The campsite holds us responsible for any damages. So you, your family and church will be held accountable for anything you damage. In the event of damage and no one takes responsibility, the cost will be split among the students in the room. We want to leave a great impression of our New Creation-Camp with everyone at the campsite.
